I saw Andy a few weeks ago about a knee problem that I'd had for a month or so. Basically, the knee was perfect when twisting and turning, and even jumping, but when I tried to run it hurt like hell! He diagnosed ligament problems, and started treatment using K-Tape which I have to say did offer some relief but didn't get rid of the problem totally. He then suggested acupuncture which he said had a good success rate with this type of injury. I declined initially, citing that I was allergic to needles (I wasn't - I was just a coward) but after a bit of persuasion on his part I decided to go for it. Jeez, does he know his stuff! After just ONE session the result was amazing - no pain when I ran - I just couldn't believe it!! He advised a course of 3 sessions in total which I went for, and hey presto- my knee problems have gone! I don't think I'll put my name down for the next London Marathon just yet, but before seeing Andy I couldn't have walked round the marathon let alone run! Bottom line - if you have an injury, new or ongoing, I can recommend Andy. He worked wonders for me,
