Started off having a great experience 2 years ago (more or less). The last few months have declined. Started getting more and more complaints from our clients that they'd call after hours and it would just ring and ring and nobody would pick up. So, we started testing ourselves and discovered similar results. When confronting management, they were very friendly but accounted for the \anomalies\ as if they were just that. But this became more and more a frequent occurrence. They cited shift changes or that calls that never were answered or took many, many rings (12-15?) came at high call volume times. My tests were at 6:55 am and 7:15am on a Saturday. When no real answer could be provided, I was promised \I'll do some account research and get back with you within the hour.\ 2-3 days passed, emails stopped being responded to until I asked how to discontinue service. I'm patient, but never got real answers when attempting to salvage this relationship so we did. Probably lost several thousands of dollars in new business, and wasted money in advertising not realizing this was happening and for how long. Their solution was to refund one month's service. And this was after I asked to be connected with a supervisor.

One of our customers asked to talk to me by name and the person working at BPO said o one works here by that name\. It's an answering service, they should had said \Ok let me have him call you back\. Numerous complaints from clients about their service, and I lost a lot of clients. Should had cancelled my service with them a long time ago.
Before I hired BPO American I researched and interview 7 different companies that offered professional answering services. I chose them because that had the most advance online platform, one that provided the most visibility for me. I am able to see the details of every call and even listen to each one. The management really cares about providing a quality service and has gone the extra mile to assure that I am a happy client. Things don't go quite as expected when you work in a \customer service\ world, but I am confident that BPO will step up to handle the work load.

Beware of this place. For the people who grades the calls they do not care at all if you have a job. Other then that you gotta be a quick learner or your gone
