Having to wait too long this year
I've gone to the Bracebridge H&R Block location for the past 2 years to have my taxes done and I've never been disappointed. The manager/owner? Does mine and he makes it a breeze with his jokes and ability to break everything down for me. I'd say he goes above and beyond the service I've received in the past and I won't get my taxes done anywhere else. The price is fair, the service is quick and easy and the staff are great to interact with.
Been using this particular location for almost 10years. Don & his team are very professional & have saving you tax dollars as their first priority. Friendly, courteous & reliable. I wouldn't have anyone else deal with my finances. Highly recommended.
Receptionist is not friendly either on the phone or in person. Not thrilled with the service.
