I accidentally ordered one extra angel pendant when I placed my order. I emailed them to ask for a refund. Both Stan and his wife Sue were in touch right away and offered me a refund, no problem at all. The angels arrived a few days later and they are beautifully made, a special item to remember my lost loved one. I was also happy to support a local jewellery designer. Great customer service and a very special angel pendant. I would highly recommend!
