My fireplace became damaged within its warranty period. I contacted The Fire Within to correct the damage. 14 weeks later, I am still chasing them. They have left it up to me to figure out how to install the replacement piece because their tech's \have never seen this part before\. Terrible experience thus far.
Even with the Covid-19 difficulties of getting the stove from their suppliers, Christine went absolutely above and beyond to get ours and so did Mike and Nick to install it on time for Christmas, right in the last minute, on December 22nd! Wonderful job and they all made our Christmas so special! THANK YOU guys, you're awesome!!
