Cancelled my appointment less than 2 hours beforehand, needed a prescription as i had run out. no care factor at all from these rude people. couldn’t recommend less

Great atmosphere, clean uncluttered very spacious medical center . Parking just adjacent to the clinic's entrance. Bonus part there is also an available Pathology services onsite. Dr Win was very attentive . This is my 2nd time at the clinic and highly appreciate the Medical teams provided outstanding customer service. Dr. Prasad was really helpful, addressed all the health matters that have been raised and very thorough. Overall the whole team the Bracken Ridge Medical Clinic team are Highly Recommended for anyone seeking medical advice.

The old lady in the reception is rude,disorganised and not willing to help. Doctors are wonderful and knowledgeable

The nurse onsite is wonderful but that is all. The doctor's are very blunt and negligent, I do not recommend this practice and I will personally never be returning. The wait times are ridiculous, normally 30-40mins minimum. Reception staff are disorganised and never able to give direct answers to any questions.

Wait times are long. I saw a male doctor here yesterday and he said there was no point in testing me for what I wanted to be tested for but then added some of those tests for my blood test anyway - didn’t ask questions around my problem or explain any of the tests he was sending me to get done. I went home and researched them myself. He added a pregnancy test too which is not required (definitely not pregnant). Was extremely rude and did not care to ask me any questions about my health concerns.
