Couldn't recommend this place enough! I did a tandem skydive on my own (age 24) but felt totally comfortable and safe the whole time. Great team, great instructors and brilliant place all round... Even if I was a little nervous to begin with! I can't remember the name of my instructor, but I remember he said he used to be in the paras (army), he was the best instructor I could have wished for!!! I opted for the video and photo package, which I am SO glad I went for. The video captured everything amazingly and was edited perfectly, great to have to show everyone and keep as a memory having done the dive in memory of a family member for charity. The photographs were a great addition too, couldn't be happier with how they turned out to capture the memory. I went on a really busy day, a Saturday and they had a huge charity team there that day. The only down side is that you have to wait to be called to go and that could be 2 hours after you arrive, or 6 hours... I got there at 8am (booked a morning slot and had to arrive for 8.30am) and I ended up doing the skydive in the afternoon. Would be best if they had a time slot system so that you know vaguely what time you are due to jump... I was hyped up in the morning, after the waiting around I felt a bit flat! Other than the waiting around, 5/5 place.

An experience like no other. I felt very safe throughout the tandem skydive experience as they are very good with procedure and safety. The staff and divers are friendly and very knowledgeable which instantly puts you at ease. My instructor was called Steve, he was a really nice guy and had a great positive energy which made it such a fun jump. He also let me steer the parachute in some 360 loops which was a bonus. I paid extra for the video which I'd highly recommend adding onto the package as it looks amazing and is a great memory to look back on and share with your family and friends. Downside to it is that due to bad weather conditions I had to rebook it for a few weeks in a row and wait around for a few hours but that isn't the fault of the centre as they don't control the weather and safety comes first. After a few failed attempts it really made it more worthwhile when I finally got to do it, well worth the wait. Luckily they have a cafe on site that serves some decent food and good coffee to pass the time. I will be back.

I did a tandem skydive at Hinton yesterday afternoon and I cannot rate the place, the instructors or the experience highly enough. I am still buzzing The whole process was very slick; the briefing was very professional and all the instructors instilled confidence in a first time jumper like me. My tandem instructor Coxy was great fun and made me feel very safe. Thank you so much to all of you but especially Coxy, my absolute hero for getting me down safely Oh, and not forgetting Ya, the amazing cameraman who shot a brilliant compilation of jump video & photos. The quality is phenomenal. Thank you

This place is amazing. Instructors are brilliant and make you feel safe. And also they know how to have a laugh. I jumped from 13000 ft with Geoff today. Only downside for me was the wait. Was about 3 and half hours before I got to jump. But was deffo worth waiting. U cannot describe the feeling while in freefall but its a must for anyone. Even if u don't like heights. U will not be disappointed I swear to god. I think ive found my new hobby. See you guys again shortly. And thanks for an amazing day.

My son James and his friend Ethan done a tandem skydive here on the 30th August 2020 and all i can say is what an amazing experience they both had. Staff at Hinton were very friendly and i would def recommend Hinton skydiving to anyone thats thinking about doing this, dont think about it just go and do it and you will have an amazing experience. Big shout out to the amazing instructors who were very informative and professional especially Jack and Steve . Thank-you so much my son James is still smiling 24 hours later .
