I was contacted by Jane at Crux careers and she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to get to know me, as well as my job experience. Jane was always there to offer support and kept me updated throughout the process. I also spoke with Myles who was amazing too and confirmed the offer for the job! I have never had such a positive, light hearted and responsive interaction with a recruitment agency. I would highly recommend them due to the experience I had from Jane and Myles. I have spoken to a few recruiters from different agencies over the last few weeks and none I have felt as comfortable talking to as I have with Myles, he is so helpful and has such a calming presence on the phone. You can tell Myles is very passionate about what he’s doing and works very hard, he was always quick with any updates and very on the ball through out the whole process. I appreciate how efficient and effective Crux Careers process is, even though I didn’t follow through with a job in real estate they helped me realise what I did want to pursue. I noticed they don’t just focus on filling a position they really want to help you find a career not just any job and help companies find someone passionate about the property industry. Whilst seeking to progress my career further in the property industry, Crux Careers were able to get me a job across a weekend! It was a Thursday evening, I had enquired Crux with my CV and a short summary of my current circumstance. I was quickly contacted by Myles White the next day. Myles was respectful, attentive and took the time to listen to my experience; as well as individual character that would suit the positions available through Crux. Myles requested a short video interview be made for the employers, of which I replied with as soon as possible. Two interviews were arranged for the following week, all of which was done in couple phone calls on a Friday afternoon. Throughout the process Myles was always available for a phone call, attending all my needs and 'constant' questions! aha Cheers. The end result... I was offered two job offers on the day, as well as a third from my current employer at the time. This resulted in a difficult choice to be made of which again I received constant support and guidance from Myles. I have just finished my first day in my new role and I couldn't be happier! To conclude I can't recommend Crux Careers any higher, their professional, reliable and attentive service with a keen ear for detail and care provides an excellent experience. Recently have just accepted a job offer for an estate agents in my local town. I was contacted by Myles who was absolutely fantastic! Was extremely polite always kept me up to date. I had an interview sorted the same day he contacted me. I would recommend this company 100% but this is all down to the experience iv had with Myles. I hope to never need to find employment again but if for what ever reason I needed to I would contact Myles. 10 out of 10 for me!! All the best to Myles in the future !!!
