Ordered a new bicycle online, the staff called me prior to my collection day to ensure I was still happy with the date/ time, they also told me about their Cycle care package which would include 2 services and 10% off accessories- which I wasn't aware about (and took out as a result of this call) They fitted all my accessories for me. Very happy with my new bike.

Big range of stock, friendly helpful staff. I have had paint mixed here for resprays, long reach plug sockets, good deals on oil. Also good deals on tyres and inner tubes for bikes.

Had a gearing problem with my road bike. Booked it in for a health check for 1pm Saturday. They were able to keep my bike and repair and replace the chain and rear cassette the same afternoon and I collected it at 4pm. The staff were knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. Went out for a ride the following day and the gearing was the best it has been for months. Excellent service. I will definately be using them in the future to service my bike.
