The course I did gave lots of information and useful links. A great refresher and also suitable for someone new to the area as well. I would recommend this course to anyone working with children or young people. There is lots of detail and additional reading available with this course and covers a large area well.

I personally feel that this \Unconscious Bias Training\ module is the best training material that I have come across in all these years of my IT Life. I loved the way how minute details about the humans were noted and told to us in a very subtle manner, the way the material asked us to reason our decisions made about the people from our workplace by us, was something real for us to introspect. In short, would love to do more courses or sessions on these.

The course content is of great quality. The diagrams helped me visualise each point. The fact that every point has its own short bite sized video with a summary of the key points helped me to confirm the knowledge I gained. Watching any training videos online can be difficult. But having to keep clicking to the see the next video was not a bad idea, it kept me engaged throughout the delivery.

The training details safety procedures very thoroughly, from prevention to reaction, as well as the necessary signs and extinguishers within a building. The training's use of one question after each section is useful, as it ensures that one is knowledgeable of each section prior to the test at the end.

The information was well presented and clearly explained. I think the practical, workplace demonstrations are a great way to get points across and make them relevant and relatable. I also find the summary bullet points at the end of the videos a good way to reinforce the learning of key aspects. The presenters are friendly and personable and their monologues cover all the necessary points while still being brief enough to take all the vital information on board. Probably the best online training session I've done in this field - thank you :)
