Excellent service eventhough my other half initially gave them the wrong info ie we should have asked for a 13 pin and not a 7 pin. Also air would like to add that apart from 2 other towbar people that I would have had to wait 3 weeks for, nobody wanted to do the job, I have a Beetle 2007 and apparently it's a nightmare of a job to do, but although MJS acknowledged it wasnt as plain sailing as other towbars to fit, they still did it quickly and efficiently. Normally I wouldnt review a towbar because let's face it they're not exactly exciting, but I did see this company only had 1 star and unfortunately most people dont review things unless they are reay fed up or really excited about something (which as I already mentioned, I wouldnt personally get excited about a towbar), so I felt on this occasion I would absolutely write a review, because credit where credits due they did a great job, where others had said they wouldnt even touch it because it wasnt a \quick job\. 5 stars all the way from me...now I just need to learn to tow the trailer!

Do not use this company When removing the bumper, MJS broke my rear light cluster and scratched the car Then denied braking the light cluster after we both checked the car before he started See picture not something you would miss The reverse sensors did not work afterwards with nothing attached to the tow ball constantly went off Rubbish was left on the floor screws, bolts, cable bits etc Cut his hand and left the blood on the bumper Was not even given a receipt when asked just given the tow bar instructions with a signature on
Never been there do not ask again
