A massive thank you to all for making our purchase as seamless as possible. From the viewing to the completion. A special thank you to Beth Murphy who was always on the other end of the phone/email, whenever we needed her. Beth did her best to keep all parties in the loop and we felt informed and updated throughout. Would highly recommend the entire team. Where do I start, a huge thank you to all :D This Prospect team genuinely goes above any beyond. From the first appointment of the home viewing right down to the completion and key exchange this experience has been by far the best customer experience we have ever been through. The way Roberto Contreras and his team operate really impressed us what a great leader he is. Great communication, always there literally any time, day or night they guiding us through it all the way. We were grateful and extremely pleased that the house we purchased was with Prospect rather than anybody else. Using their recommendations, we saved on so much and they even got us a much better mortgage offer than the one we had in place thanks to Simon Fenner at MAB. When reading this please don't mind me saying that some estate agents from previous experiences can be found to sometimes come across or actually be somewhat blase and very pushy especially where we purchased in Ascot, lets say some experiences involved a very sales like approach and to be honest me and my fiance actually became accustom and used to these behaviours BUT then step up Prospect Estate Agents. Absolute professionalism from the start down to the very end. This team is well up there with the caring and expertise level we did not stress once I kid you not. A huge thanks and keep doing the great work that you do to Roberto, Paul, Beth and everybody else involved we're sorry if we missed any names. Aimee Smith, the lovely transaction support coordinator is immensely great to have behind your back. She will ensure things are of the highest quality, run extremely smooth and she will do everything to get you into your new home as soon as possible as she did with us thank you Aimee.
