I definitely highly recommend this Scootermart mobility centre in Bracknell as it is the best, most reliable and loyal one to the customers. I recently purchased a mobility scooter from them and am extremely happy about my purchase. Mark was genuinely very helpful in helping me to choose one. I chose the “Mini Comfort” one as it is much easier and lighter to put into a car. Mark kindly and free of charge adjusted the seat settings further back in their workshop so that I could stretch my legs further forward. I could have had one the same day but I chose a different colour which was kindly delivered by Juliet in her car the following week. Juliet was very nice and explained more about it when she arrived at my house. This mobility centre in Bracknell has become my favourite so I will always continue to use it. They are also even more helpful by offering to sell my previous one for me. You can tell that this family run Scootermart always treats its customers extremely well and makes them happy.
Such a lovely, welcoming and friendly company, who are exceptionally knowledgeable and I found them extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. I love my new mobility scooter and trust them to look after me in the future with all my subsequent mobility needs. Thank you so much we were so impressed and very grateful.
Juliette and the staff at Scootermart could not have been more helpful, they us gave advise on getting the right scooter and then delivered it to us. The driver made sure we were happy with it before he left would definitely recommend Scootermart
