Exceptional and outstanding customer service with high integrity!! It was a pleasure to contact Sears Property Estate Agents in Bracknell, in regards to finding a rental property. The agency is well organized and reliable, offering a 5* service! Special thanks to Louis who was very kind, honest, helpful and a great listener! He always came back to me on time and did his very best to help! Contrary to my previous experience with other local agencies, there is great communication in between the team at Sears Property Estate Agents who make customers feel valued. You won't need to chase the agency with a query as they would always provide fast updates, offering the highest quality of service. Highly recommended!!!

Oliver Hewitt, Rob and the sales team were brilliant at selling our house! We've used Sears twice to sell properties in the last 5 years and on both occasions - they've sold in less than a week! Any questions we've had, they've been at the end of the phone and they've worked tirelessly to keep us informed throughout the whole process. I wouldn't use any other estate agent in Bracknell! Definitely recommend Sears if you are looking for quality!

What a totally unprofessional underhanded company Sears are, I’ve called numerous times to arrange a viewing, Their excuses range from, The properties not ready! The sellers not excepting viewers due to Covid! The property is awaiting probate!! Then I call again and told the property is under offer!! Why lie and waste my time, it’s a dreadful attitude and extremely poor estate agency, Ive called to speak to a manager and was told the md or the area manager would be calling me back, well I’ve waited a week and absolutely nothing, What a surprise!!! MY ADVICE AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENT LIKE COVID
