The FIT BOX has kept me sane during the lockdown with online workouts and now I’m taking part in the ‘club corona’ 12 week plan. It’s been incredible having so much support from Paul and other members which has helped me stay on track with my better choices. The whole vibe is just so welcoming and supportive I’ve always hated exercise or going to a gym but they make it so easy to do with their easy, warm approach.
