I was very scared the first time I went being one of the only girls and also never having done any sort of martial arts before, but from the get go the trainers were very accommodating to my inexperience (and short height!) and have continuously given me lots of support and great advice! I always feel accomplished after each session. I would recommend it to anyone regardless of age and gender :)

Great classes, great instructors and multiple training locations. A friendly environment where the students are put first. If you are thinking about learning Krav Maga come down and train with them.
I am a private student of Tamas and hiring him was one of the best decisions I've ever made. He has amazing attention to detail and is motivated by developing people. As I have some injury limitations and am also affected by autism, he often has to show a great degree of patience with me but the way he tailors lessons around these limitations is testament to his expertise. He has improved both my skills and my confidence immeasurably and I would recommend both him and his club to anyone looking to start or continue their training.
Great classes in a friendly and knowledgeable environment. I'd recommend these classes to anyone. Tough guys who know their stuff, and are also very approachable.

I started training with Tamas in 2014 and Ive always been impressed by the quality of training. I work in a job that means I deal with confrontation regularly and the training Ive had at TNT Academy has given me tools and the confidence to deal with this. I wish they had clubs associated to Tamas organisation all around the country!
I have been training with Tamas and the TNT academy for 4 months and prior to this I had no martial arts / combat experience and little confidence with managing conflict . When I first started i was welcomed instantly by the instructors and fellow students which put me at ease and helped me to fully concentrate on the work we were being taught. In the short space of time I have learnt so much which has improved my confidence . It has also taught me that learning and knowing self defence isn’t about going out there and looking for trouble but should it come to your front door you will be able to defend you and your loved ones . I was involved in a situation where a individual tried to land a punch on me but I was able to use the a one arm defence which has been taught to me in the classes ( blocking potentially serious injury) which shows after such a short time these techniques can be put to great use. On top of this I have made some great friends and improved my fitness! The world we live in is great however chaos and unpredictability will always linger and adopting Krav Maga taught by Tamas and the TNT academy can be your antidote to finding safety!
Very knowledgable instructors, excellent practical training. Highly recommend.
