Worst banking experience ever. Ignorant staff and incompetence customer support. They first told me to visit their branch to verify my documents for account opening and once I was there, the rude lady outside didn't let me in and said I can't open the account until the covid lockdown ends.

Ignorant staff, no customer service at all. Ask to speak to a branch manager and a member of staff says he is the branch manager. Was extremely rude, were all sat around lauging upstairs, no customers and say they were extremely busy, deceitful staff, #barclays get a grip, is this the standard you set for your customers? Wouldnt even give one star if i could!
Since post covid you would think this bradford branch in the city centre would make your life easier. However its become so bad, they make you que outside for hours and hours. The asian guy, skinny and tallish looking one who stands at the entrance door thinks he owns the bank with his swag and the way they talk down on you. Shouting at people who are queing to move back, very rude tone. Most of the staffs attitude is very bad. Nothing polite to say. Looks like i will be switching banks and taking my business to halifax or santander
Hi there’s no costumers service and not proper management in bank, I’m working Monday to Friday from 6 till 2 so how I can get to the bank? I Went to the bank today round about 2 o’clock, They not let me in I told them plz I’m key worker plz then I speak to one off manger he was going out he was saying they will look after u. But really disappointed from staff on the door.
Opened a new account after horrible experiences with NatWest across the road. Got the impression from bank reviews that they all the same! Fri 2nd Oct had to pay a cheque in, queue was horrendous as usual. Thought this will take forever but....a staff member Called Will, a young lad asked me what I needed to do and realised I didn’t need to wait here and took me in. Paid in the money and was out in no time. Really impressed by Will (I’m sure that was his name...young white lad) He will get far in life! Doesn't take much effort to be nice and give basic or good customer service. Especially in these uncertain times where a little goes along way.
