Valley Parade is a bit like the term a game of two halves as the stadium is is two halves two sides the Kop and the Main Stand are huge two tier stands that look really impressive whilst the other two the Tl Dallas Stand and the Midland Road stand dont look to great in comparison i found it to be a great stadium on my last visit. The ground was the scene of a horrific disaster on the 11th May 1985 where 56 people lost their lives An intresting fact Bradford City is the only league team in England that play in Claret and Amber

It is a definite must for any rival supporters in the lower leagues, even to supporters of other nearby clubs. As a stadium, it can stand shoulder to shoulder with many grounds of clubs in the top 2 divisions. With years of travelling here, I find parking a doddle, I find Bolton lane the best place especially the other side of Canal Road. For the sake of a 10 minute walk, you're straight onto Canal Road and even with capacity crowds, you will not have trouble driving out of town from here. The ground isn't badly located either, just a stroll away from the centre for a bite to eat or go for a drink. Save your money, don't pay for parking, especially near the ground, it will be a nightmare trying to get out and there are many streets within walking distance with no restrictions.

Although the pies are better than Elland road the team isn't and they don't stand up. However it's football decent atmosphere good view at the back of the kop

Impressive stadium.....well three sides anyway.....you can't really miss it....it towers above the surrounding area. Its easy to find from the railway station and takes 15mins to walk. The ticket office was a bit sleepy.....don't think they had catered for so many away fans! Food the usual average fare.....I just can't resist the chicken balti pie though. It's a long way from Plymouth but the two train connections worked perfectly for me to savour the players just coming out to warm up. Glorious sunny day but the pitch was stodgy. We were lucky to get a point. It wasn't the best of games but exciting nevertheless....on to the next one!
