0 stars. DO NOT RENT HERE. Since they were bought out by CT Windsor Holdings late last year, there is no longer (literally) any customer service. They don’t have a website, all of their telephone voice mailboxes are full, and the number for Bradford Commons has been disconnected.

It’s so hard to find a complex that is dog friendly and also has a great property manager, is well maintained, is responsive and safe. Communication with the property manager Derek is amazing, he actually cares about how your experience is here. We’ve been here with our two dogs going on two years and we have been very content. I would definitely recommend! Not to mention we’re less than 10 min from great shops and areas in West Hartford. Definitely take a look if you’re on the hunt for a great pet friendly apartment.
Bradford commons is my first ever apartment. The location is great, it’s right next to target, Walmart and the Berlin turnpike, and the actual apartment was the perfect size for my husband and I. The old management was difficult to communicate with if you ever had an issue but it has been replaced with a gentlemen named Derek who is friendly and a lot easier to work with. I recommend this apartment complex for anyone who’s looking to be super close to grocery stores and food places.
My family and I have lived here for many years and we are very comfortable. Our neighbors have always been friendly and there is a great sense of community in Newington. The staff and Management Team have always treated our concerns with urgency. It is a great location and all amenities are accessible. Dogs of all sizes are welcome and that is a definite plus!
Bradford commons has been nothing but a pleasure to live in! I applied and got approved to live here within 2 hours, and was able to move in 3 days later with a ton of offers added on to my bill to reduce my move-in fees. Derek has been a pleasure to deal with. Maintenance has always been very quick. Also the only apartment complex in CT that allows my German Shepherd!!
