Too close together, water logged gardens, many have leaking roofs.

Really nice community, been here 2 yrs and yes, had some house issues which have been sorted by the site manager pretty quickly, leaking porch, boiler issue, leaking shower, but like I said, all sorted, house has started its cracking as it's now settling which is normal, all in all it's been a good decision to buy here and I would recommend to others
