What a lovely experience I had today. From receptionist, nurse and Nadim Mushtaq. I suffer from vertigo so get myself worked up into a bit of a state. From me sitting in the chair to finishing my treatment, I was continually asked if I was ok, and he talked me through everything he was going to do. For the first time in years I came out of treatment room feeling calm. Thank you to all of the team
