Gareth came out to have a look at the problem within 24 hours of calling him. Gareth was very upfront and honest about price and how long the work would take. Once the work was booked in Gareth arrived and had the work done very quickly and for a very reasonable price. He's left his number with us and advised us to call him should we have any problems. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gareth to anyone else.

I called Gareth about installing a Sky satellite dish at our house. Gareth came and priced me up initially and his price was the best out of three quotes. After seeing his work on Facebook, I had complete confidence in him. He fitted me in and he arrived promptly. Before Gareth started we went over what he would be doing. I mentioned to him that I wanted the dish installed as discreetly as possible… Gareth confidently said he could do that and he suggested installing it discreetly above the bay window roof!... GENIUS!... The dish was merely 2” away from the roof!... Gareth was also very careful in routing the wires from the dish along the outside of the house and he routed the wires how I requested it through the house. There are some rip-off people out there as shown on BBC Watchdog. Gareth isn't like that, as he takes pride in his work. We are very very pleased with Gareths sky dish installation. He was punctual, professional, honest, flexible and fair. His work is efficient and neat. He went that extra mile for us and I can’t recommend him highly enough! Khalid, Shipley
Excellent service. Honest as we were wanting a quote for a new aerial and Gareth said you have one already. He tested it and it worked so he just re connected it in no time everything was working and very reasonable. All other people said we needed a new digital aerial and we didn't. Just goes to show Gareth''s honest. Would highly recommend.
Very quick, reliable and professional service. We called Gareth to have a look at two aerial points in our house- one didn’t work and the other needed a repair, we also had poor tv signal for years. He responded quick and knew how to solve the issues. Very tidy professional work and friendly honest service- would certainly recommend and use again.
I struggled to find a truly local TV aerial installer and was very pleased to come across Gareth. He responded to my enquiry on Facebook speedily and courteously. He quickly priced up the job and arrived earlier than agreed, at my request, owing to a change in my plans. Lovely neat job at a reasonable price, indeed as he felt that the job was easier than he'd anticipated, he charged me less than agreed! I would recommend him enthusiastically to anyone looking for a reliable, honest tv/aerial engineer. There aren't many tradesmen these days cut from Gareth's \old school\ cloth. I shall certainly use Gareth again and have recommended him to several friends. Well done Gareth, on a first class service - sadly, a rarity these days!
