Took my nan here to have a look at the fires they had to offer. Jack was an amazing person making our visit to the store feel comfortable. He not only gave us all information we needed to know he listened to our needs and gave my nan the time she needed to make an informed decision of her own with out making it all about another sale. Great advice which resulted in me buying a gazco gas stove, stone hearth & oak beam. A minor issue with the initial fitting but they were really helpful and arranged for it to be rectified. Simon & Adam are great fitters who did a very good job. Would definitely recommend a professional service from start to finish.
Bought a beautiful limestone fire surround, cast iron gas fire and harlequin hearth from Bradford Gas Centre. I shopped around and found them to have the best price, but also the best customer service, especially Jack. They arranged a date for Simon and Adam to fit everything, including a flue liner on a date that suited me and they were just as professional. I couldn't fault them in any way. To improve even further, they could provide a service to take away my old fireplace, but I understand that they can't dispose of it without being incurred with extra costs.
Brilliant product. Delivered on time and as promised. Used Mo to fit the electric fire and create a TV and speaker insert in the chimney breast. Mo did a brilliant job. Could not be happier. Clean, tidy and hard working. Highly recommended.
Si & Adam did a superb job for us, clean and efficient tradesmen who do a great job are hard to find but these guys are exactly that, we can highly recommend them!
