I have ordered online this month around 80 pounds. When the parcel comes to delivery, they missed few items and few items are not packed correctly. While i check with them about resending missed item, there were no positive response even after couple of follow up. I am still waiting for their response. I would advise be careful and avoid (if possible).Always use trustworthy companies. Very very bad customer response.
