I visited today to sort out a couple of things for my pensioner mum's account. Despite the skeleton staff available. I thought they were hardworking and very helpful. Ranjit who assisted us was very helpful, knowledgeable and calm. Her advice was valuable. Really happy she sorted out my online banking problem and putting me down as power of attorney on my mum's account. Thank you Ranjit, and HSBC.
