iQ is the perfect accommodation for students. It boasts best value for money and social experience. The rooms are quite big and comfortable and the common room is considered to be one of its best assets for socializing and playing games. What makes this accommodation even better, is its exceptional location. I have been living here for 2 and half years and I have always been praising the great location as it is very close to the University as well as the City centre. I could never forget to mention how friendly, helpful and amazing the IQ team is, especially Kostas, Lee and Amir who have helped me solve every problem that came up during these years. I would highly recommend that future students should give it a shot and have the ultimate experience of their student life.

I have lived in Arkwright House for 3 years now and the fact that I rebooked each year is a testament to the friendliness of the staff, the great facilities Arkwright has to offer as well as being a 30 second walk to uni campus and the student friendly accommodation prices. The staff make you feel super comfortable and have a real community feel. It honestly feels like a home away from home. I highly recommend this accommodation for students who are looking to stay in Bradford.

The staff are really funny and helpful especially Lee. He is very communicative and hard working. He is always there to help with a big smile on his face all the time. Come to think of it, I’ve never seen him frown. Everyday to him is good and smiling.

Feeling so comfortable in here. The reception offered many services to us! the employees are very nice. Very Enthusiastic!!! I like!!! And also re-booking in next year.

I have lived at Arkwright house for 2 years now and just want to say that i really enjoy my stay. all the staff are friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help you especially Lee who has helped me alot though my stay and is always kind caring and compassionate he has helped me with everything from mental health and welfare issues to just general concerns about me stay. overall i would recommend this accommodation to anyone
