This is Sarah on her mum's phone; I enjoyed the comfortable accommodation. As a customer it was of superior value, stunning views, well lit, nicely warmed and with customer 5* service!

Its dirty, staff does not help with anything and the fire alarm keeping going off all the time, they take ages to come and switch it off .

They should change the name of the \Student Village\ few months ago already. The village is full of professionals with different backgrounds, I can easily say that I don't feel safe in here at all. They say they have security in here - yeah, one guy protecting all the accommodation alone, good luck with it. Moreover, the door to our flat has been broken since many months and nobody is bothered to fix it so everybody can easily enter our flat. Other things - not having an access to hot water already since month and a half (they fixed the boiler after a month waiting and then it turned out they have to change the pump as well). If you want to take a warm shower they provide the key to another building which you would have to collect in the reception and walk outside to get there. Then when you are clean and fresh go outside again (it was raining quite often recently) with all your stuff and return the key to the reception. When I was asking many times before what is the progress they were assuring the hot water will be back till the end of next week - it has been already 3 weeks since then. It's just ridiculous. I have had enough of this kind of conditions and I am about to move out in 2 days. Guess what - the lift is broken and probably I will have to take the boxes downstairs with all my stuff from 6th floor. Even escaping from here can't be easy. The price of the accommodation can be convincing but trust me, it's not worth it.
