Our mother was admitted to the Dementia Assessment Unit the middle of July from the Nursing Home she was at. The care our mother received at Lynfield was above and beyond any care we could have wished for. She was sadly put on end of life the middle of August; the staff on the DAU were so caring to her and all the time kept her dignity. They were very supportive to me and my sister explaining everything to us. The staff were all angels to our mum and thank them from the bottom of our hearts to every single member of staff who looked after her; you all deserve a medal ️️

So heart broken and shocked and distressed. I'm a patient at the hospital at present. They treat you like a dog. Many times they have ignored me when I want to speak to them. Go to hell all you ignorant staff. You approach people and listen to people whose faces you like. I pray to god your own families go through the same. Faheem at oakburn
