Absolutely Rubbish service!...no one pick up phone or emails!!!... Waited a MONTH for a order to later find out that I had been made numerous promises of order to be delivered..now OVER A MONTH and last week they mentioned a refund was finally issued.... its A WEEK NOW and the refund payment which I could have used to purchase item elsewhere HAS STILL NOT BEEN RECIEVED...Avoid PREMCREST even ebay is MILES BETTER!!!

Not great for a wholesaler to have many out of stocks or discontinued lines listed on their website. Though I am told that this should improve in the future.
