Called in for advice and help today regarding my vaping machine. The polite lady behind the counter was a consummate professional, kind, considerate and very courteous. Felt so happy I bought some vaping liquids recommend by the lady in the shop and I'm so pleased with my purchases. The liquids sold were perfect for me. First class service provided by an expert. The worker is a credit to your company and I am absolutely going there again. Keep up the great work! 100% definitely recommended!
Great customer service, I took a faulty device back that I had purchased and the staff were wonderful getting it repaired free of charge. Highly recommended.

Peter and his colleague ( I didn't catch his name but he was on shift on 25/09) were both absolutely fantastic. I wanted some advice on a new vape for CBD and some help with nicotine liquids. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I walked away with an Aspire Nautilus AIO vape, some CBD and liquids. All the products i've tested have been exactly what I wanted. I definitely recommend this vape shop and will be using it as my regular from now on. Thank-you for your great customer service, you guys are a credit to SMKD.
Nice and friendly staff, but this is now the second time I've been in and they've sold me a product which i can't get to do anything... I did explain to the guy in store that I don't have a clue when it comes to vapes (or most of modern life) so i expected him to give me a ready working product - especially for 95 quid i do feel like my pants are down and I'm in need of some lotion. And i should add - i wanted to try it in store but he advised to give it 10 minutes to "prime it" or whatever.
