Here is a real review of this facility if you are truly looking to move in here, or possibly for your elderly parents. I am not going to discount reviews of disgruntled ex employees but I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place to express those opinions. Reviews should be for people who are going to potentially use a business. My parents have lived there for about two months as of this writing. My wife and I have actually stayed with them twice in the facility. The place is extremely clean and has lots of smiling and attentive staff. The facility is overall very nice without being overly opulent or ornate, in other words its not too \Naples\. They have made numerous friends from all walks of life. They are all just delightful people. The full time activities director keeps the schedule full, I mean full, with non stop games, entertainment and activities. She walks around with a big smile and seems to just love her job. We ate numerous meals and all the food was just great. To sum up, my parents, who are near 80, just love it here and we are happy they found this place.

My friend lived there a year. It's a beautiful property, wonderful food and dining staff. After the original managers left who were awesome and very capable, the new move in managers she said were very unprofessional and not well liked by other residents. The Resident Manager made my friend's stay there very unpleasant by her rude and vindictive behavior to the point of denying her riding their bus to a much needed doctor appointment. This friend has Lupus and other medical problems that had been in remission and all this stress brought her Lupus back full force. This was all reported to corporate, but nothing was done and the managers remained. Such a shame because the property is lovely. Good managers make a good community and hopefully, Bradford Square will once again have good managers that know how to relate to elderly people, are well qualified for the job and professionals.

A friend of mine worked for this so called family oriented place,my friend was totally mistreated by the unprofessional managers. Several people told my friend how the workers before him never lasted, He can obviously see why. Let's see how long these new managers last? HR will be involved!!
