Great store, with a very helpful store assistant. The shop is mainly a camping shop and with very good prices. The balloon & helium balloon section is really well stocked with plenty of choice. Their prices are much cheaper than Morrisons. I know where I will be going for my balloons in future.

Probably one of the most worst experiences in recent years. First time visit,simply enquired about my needs with every intention to make a purchase.I was faced with obnoxious and rather condescending responses with a face like thunder. It literally felt like a time warp back to the 80’s. the hostility was tangible. I made a sharp exit. Will never return here again.
Great customer service , accepts cards payments and served with a smile. Not a shop for those on a budget but very happy with the service received.
Bit pricey, but lovely customer service from lady at main desk !
Worst place to use. The woman on the counter is so rude and slammed the phone down on me. She lost my balloons and didnt even apologise. They are quick to rob peoole but do not deliver. COWBOYS - if i could give 0 star for their TERRIBLE serivce i would.
