Wow, what a great experience we had! It was my first time making wine and the owner made our visit so memorable! He took time to explain the process and went over the different types of wines to ensure I created a batch that I was very happy with. I definately will be returning again soon!

I’ve gone to a competitive wine shop in Bradford a couple times and been happy with their service thus far however I decided to try something new and go to The Finest Wine Shoppe. The difference between the two locations was surprising! The gentleman I dealt with today was so much more knowledgeable than the other competitor and he offered teach me the art of wine making which was excellent customer service. Anytime I tried to ask questions and learn at the competitors place was always met with a lack of knowledge. With that being said, I returned only because the wine was decent. This business is an excellent example of how customer service should be. Thank you!m and I will certainly return!
