Amazing value for money. A friendly warm welcoming environment for students studying around the Bradford and Leeds area. A lovely vibe to the entire building with a great feeling of safety from all staff. Exciting events happening all the time whether this be in the newly decorated common room or exterior activities held by the team at Wardley house :) 100% recommended!!!

Affordable accommodation with very good rooms and helping staff. The managers are always there to help and make your stay enjoyable. Spacious kitchens and bedrooms. Great view. 5 minute walk from the city centre and 7 minute walk from the university.
Very good price for student accommodation. Staff are helpful and always on call if you need them...rooms perfect for students with en suite...few minutes away from university literally so close very convenient. Common room is a bonus with pool table and huge TV books and games... extremely good value for price...highly recommend any student to choose this place it's fantastic for the price
The nice room size doesn't matter at all in the light of the windows which DO NOT open. It was the worst accommodation I have ever lived in as a result. Having some air in the room seems basic but for Wardley House it was a luxury if I got some. Forget about gatherings with friends while cooking because all the steam has nowhere to go so its an authentic sauna. It was a hell on earth because if you even heat up one dish prepare to get extra extra sweaty. In normal circumstances I would open a window to get the steam out but in Wardley House it isn't an option. Unfortunately this was the reality for me and my flatmates for 10 months. Neither one of us would have booked with them but during our viewing there were still old windows, which were opening, and in my wildest thoughts I wouldn't have thought they would replace them with windows that don't open. There was never any breeze in the room and as much as Wardley staff says it's good for the winter cos you will use less heating it's ultimately beneficial for them as 'winter' didn't last long and the remaining months were a disaster so beware. Especially in September, March, April, May, June and July no wind in the room AT ALL. Not during the day and not during the night. I wouldn't recommend anyone to book with them! There are plenty of better and either cheaper or same price accommodations close to college and university that provide nice heating and their windows open ;)
A very affordable accommodation which is conveniently close to the University and City Centre. The staff were absolutely great and were ready to help me with any problem. I was more than satisfied with my stay here and I would definitely recommend this accommodation to a friend.
