I am a property manager. I recently had one of my renters contact me that the heat was out in a mobile home, I arrived and insured the pilot was lit, but the Furnace would not Lite. I contacted Bradley Air and Heating, explained my situation, plus I was needing the unit cleaned filters. Got prompt, same day service. Their Technician quickly repaired the Furnace and Pulled the Blower for Cleaning Cleaned the Evaporator coil as the Furnace had been ran without filters. My invoice was better than expected. I will continue to use their Company for my Owned Properties.
