Fantastic experience from start to finish. Very professional, very thorough, very friendly. TJ explained what the issue with our current furnace was, showed us the exact issue and made recommendations. John quoted us a number of options and gave us an explanation as to why each would be beneficial. Going without heat is no joke in December and they were able to bump up our install time and get us up and running in no time.

I called them after another local company blew me off. They sent a Tech within one hour, also followed by mobile updates of Tech's arrival & with a photo so that I could safely know who was arriving. That's great!! Tech TJ waa awesome & thorough, took time to explain fully what he was doing & my options. He didn't try to hustle, overcharge or say there were unnecessary repairs. This is a great company we're the customer is well treated and prices are affordable.

I love this place. The people there were amazing. John came out to give me an estimate on replacing gas pipes that were leaking in the basement. He was very efficient. The next day TJ Gallant the service technician was there and did an amazing job on the repair. I would recommend them to everyone needing their services. They are right here in town. Great service. Had called for a furnace check up. Chris found cracks in the heat exchanger when he scoped it. He showed it to us and shut off the furnace. He called John and he came out in the afternoon and explained the difference in furnaces. This was on a Wednesday and he put the new furnace in on Friday and cleaned our ducks. Everything done professionally. So glad we had our furnace checked early as the cracks in the heat exchanger gives out carbon monoxide. If you haven't had your furnace checked this year we suggest you call Aire Serv.
