I decided to start investing in silver with my son. We went to a local coin store to find out they were closed. I googled coin shop and this place popped up and was literally in walking distance from where we were, so figured wouldn’t hurt to check it out. I was very surprised at the variety of silver coins and bars for it being a jewelry store. The lady was very helpful in explaining what was best for us to buy for how we were wanting to use it. Will definitely be returning

Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with Broadway Jewelry. I had them upgrade my engagement ring 2 years ago and what was supposed to be a 2 week process turned into a 2 month process because of mistakes on their part that they had to keep fixing. More recently, I paid to have my rings re-dipped after 2 years, and a week and a half later, one of my stones fell out. When I contacted them, I was told they would “take care of it.” When I dropped the ring off, the owner was quite discourteous and told me that since they had fixed my ring previously at no charge (mistakes they had made), they would not do it again. Turns out they had my name wrong and did not even remember re-dipping my ring. Well, we were eventually told we would not be charged for them fixing the ring, since it happened right after they did work on it. When my husband went to pick up the ring several days later, the owner changed his mind and decided to charge us for the work. When my husband reminded them of what we were told, the owner quite rudely told us to never come back. Don’t worry! We won’t. I know there are other fine small businesses in the area with better service.
