Shawn fixed a problem re an existing buried downspout w/pop-up in my landscaping that wouldn't allow rain to flow out. Shawn explained that the downspout had been installed incorrectly. He and his crew removed the old downspout w/o damaging any plants in the landscaping, dug a new trench and installed a new downspout w/pop up. A lot of rain in the last 24 hours, and no sign of water flowing over the gutters. He's done other landscaping work, and I'm always satisfied with his work.

We had shopped around for an excellent landscaper in the Kankakee area. After numerous quotes, we decided to go with Diaz Lawn Care and Property Management. We couldn't have been more pleased. The workmanship, professionalism and price all worked to transform our yard from weeds to sod. Mr. Diaz took his time explaining the process of his work and gave us detailed directions of management once he was done. If you need a guy that can transform your yard - look no more.
