I am all about customer service. I have received the best today. Morgan was so sweet and helped with all questions I had. She made it fast and easy. I have no idea why people had bad reviews. WARNING!! These guy come with hidden fees and no customer service. I payed 150 last month for my 40 policy. It took 5 phone calls and 2 months to get the contract to sign. I resently try added a vehicle on to my policy, they kept telling me they would call me back. That was 6 phone calls and 5 days ago. Last conversation I had they were rude and hung up on me, even tho I was being polite. And now I want to cancel I have to jump thru hoops or they will keep charging me. BY FAR THE WORSE INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!

One renter's insurance quote took almost 45 minutes and several calls by the agent to corporate to learn how to do the quote. And it was way higher than other quotes I got. Not impressed.
