Took too long according to what they stated (2 hrs when they said around an hour) to replace the windshield ... I will go back to using safelite as they come out to your work and repair/replace it onsite which is much more convenient ... FYI ... I did ask if there was any obstacles thinking this is why but they said no there was nothing out of the ordinary
