My air conditioner was installed in a very small attic space by the builder. It was not an easy job at replacement time after 15 years by Gary, Jonathan, Ryan, James, Mike. The work was done in a very professional way. I would also like to mention Pam did a great job in her handling of the permit. All around good job by all.

Be Ready To Open Your Wallet. I requested a visit for poor air circulation into a portion of a single family home. I ask that they send an experienced tech and I could not figure out why a section of the home was getting little or no cool air. The tech arrived and checked out the system. He announced I need an entirely new system as my unit was shot. He also said that he did not understand why I was getting no air to the kitchen and dining room and they might have to tear out the ceiling to find out why. I was very distressed by this and then received an estimate in excess of 7000 for a new AC system. Bradley fixed nothing, sent me an estimate and charged me 175 for a service call! I ask a friend who is in the AC business to help me out. He sent someone over who said what's the problem? Well I need a new system according to Bradley. Your system is just fine. I just sprayed some cleaner on the condenser and now its working fine. What about no air into the kitchen and dining room. Oh thats fine, I just partly closed the dampers on the vents in the bedrooms and now there is plenty of cool air in all rooms! This was back in May of this year. The system and been working just fine since. Had I listened to Bradley I would be out 7000. As it is my new tech charged me only 150 to correct my problems. I called Bradley about this and they refused to refund their charge for doing nothing but making a huge deal out of nothing. Criminals. Dont use them.

I have been using Bradley Heating and A/C for several years. Their techs have always been on-time, professional, and resolved the problem. I recently had Bradley replace the 30 year old ductwork in my house and they did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone that needs A/C work.
