Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and helpful, gave personal opinions only when asked for them. Though there are closer shops I think I will keep going back due to large variety and multiple brands of each product. Also asked about their discount program and made sure we got 10% savings on the spot - easy too - only had to enter phone number - nothing else - no hassle. And they had in stock the 1 item we went in for - it was 20.00 ...we ended up spending 275.00 before our 10% discount, because they had everything in stock that anyone could possibly want from this type of store.

I visited the store today for the 2nd time and the guy who helped me (no name for privacy) was super nice and helpful. Made me feel comfortable whereas at some vape shops there's kind of a weird vibe, where you have to \fit in\ - hard to explain. I wanted a watermelon menthol flavor and he showed me his favorite. It is the perfect flavoring! Thanks and keep up the awesomeness!

Was just amazed at how incredible this place was. The guy working knew all about the brand I buy. Bought a bottle of cbd capsules, the capsules were broken apart inside the bottle when I went to open them a few days later. WAS NOT IFOGS FAULT. the bottle was sealed, was most likely a manufacturing issue. I called the store and they replaced the bottle for me, gave me no issues. Outstanding service!! I truly can say 5 stars about this store!!

Do not shop here. They don't tell you that their 80 vapes will quit working after 30 days and tell you to contact the manufacturer which doesn't work. Cheap Chinese stuff that doesn't work! No replacements, no refunds! I'm out 80 thanks to this awful business.
