Staff is very friendly and offer recommendations on supplements. Staff is very knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of healthier frozen foods. I found the healthier smoothie machines in the back of the store and took a smoothie to go.

Good health food options for those of us into organics. Unfortunately way overpriced and Kroger and other chains have a lot of the same stuff at cheaper prices. Stop by at times to support the small business. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, not sure of others' bad experiences in that regard.
