Ordered a washer and dryer. Paid in full. Said they would be delivered the following Saturday. Then Saturday came and they said be there Sunday. Long story short my husband takes off work Monday to finally have these delivered and guess what? NOT DELIVERED! I had to go to the store, gave me the run around on we can deliver but won’t carry it to your basement and we won’t hook it up ( even though that’s what I paid for.) got my money back finally, ( after 3 people had to figure that out) Very incompetent to say the least. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

After spending 45 minutes in Lowe's for a guy to bring up my tool chest I paid 317.47 a kid finally brings the tool chest to the register. When loading it he told be the bottom of the box was open. I asked if the tool chest was damaged. He assured me he checked it out and it was fine. Loaded it up and away I went. Upon removing the tool chest from its box at work, I found in fact it was damaged in 3 places on the sides of the lid. I called Lowe's and they said to bring it back for an exchange. Loaded it back up and brought it back to the store. One lady said they had 4 more and would have someone bring another one up. 45 minutes later, they brought another. S l o w
