I HAVE BEEN A THOMPSON GAS CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS, HAVE GAD ALOT OF DISPUTES ON BILLING AND ETC. BUT WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW I TALKED TO PRISCILLA IN OAKLAND MARYLAND TO DAY AND SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AND SOLVED THE ISSUE WITH ME I THINK SHE SHOULD GET A RAISE!!! It was so good to talk with a customer service representative that was so knowledgeable and helpful!! Thank you PRISCILLA very much made my day. God Bless

Dave Galford from the Bradley West Virginia office did an outstanding job setting my tank. Fast and very friendly and taught me things I did not know about propane since it’s the first time me having it as a heat source. Their referral plan is a good deal too.
Great company. Great Drivers. Very Personable. We keep them very busy running back and forth with filling our tank at J & J - but they stay right with us!
Since Thompson Gas has taken over, they have shut our tanks off 3 times saying we are too far behind when we have just paid a large payment. They will turn our tank off without any warning and will not work with you on payments. Terrible service.
I usually done rate negatively ...actually never at all. But......So I've had Sun Propane for a few years....over the summer the office girl calls \hey you want your tank filled?\ I say sure come on out. Pay the guy in the yard. Nice easy. This year no call only to come home with tank gone and big ruts in the yard. So I'm like ok.... a little while later I get a call from Thompson propane......who says \ oh I didn't mean to call you\....and starts to hang up. Me thinking its a customer asks \who's exactly calling?\ Then I realized who they were. Kinda not knowing that the ownership had changed hands I asked why they took my tank. Then they proceed to tell me I owe them 110 in late rent changes from a company that I had no idea I was buying from in the first place. Then I asked about reimbursement for the 50% propane I had in the tank........oh it magically disappeared. ....and that's hundreds of dollars right there!!!!! And everybody knows how easy of a winter we had here last year. But it was all.....\poof\ gone. And repair to my lawn.....they didn't even want to discuss it. I asked several times did you call me to inform me that you were taking the tank or etc at any time......well yes. If it was a \well yes we called \ then why oh why would any of this happened. If they would have called and said hey blah blah blah it could have been so easy. Now they have mismanaged, lied, stolen, and now trying to back track. Not sure how you got the BBB symbol, but my complaint is going in today.
