Made a reservation for a triple room with one of their employees, when I got there not only did I discover that in reality there was no reservation, they also wanted me to book two rooms instead and pay double what I was supposed to pay, because they booked the room that was supposed to be for me! Would give them 0 stars but 1 is the lowest I can award them!

The services was good and the room as well, but didn't enjoyed not having a code/card to enter at the time that I wanted without ringing a bell

Quarto: condições boas, básico q.b. para quem procura um sítio sossegado e no centro da cidade para relaxar e descansar. Pequeno almoço: demasiado básico e pouco variado
