Neurofeedback is the jumpstart to your life that you've been looking for, and Pam is absolutely amazing at what she does. She's wise, she's funny, she's caring, she's intuitive, she's talented, she's smart as heck - you are in the best of hands at BToNE. Not only is neurofeedback the solution, but also Pam has the magic touch. She knows exactly how to personalize your treatment plan. Pretty sure neurofeedback is Pam's art form! I love going to Pam's because it's cozy and comfortable. There's no medical facility like Brain Training of New England, and Pam - I just can't say enough good things about Pam. On a personal note, I experienced deep levels of anxiety and depression prior to neurofeedback. Now, I can confidently say I feel like a different person. If you had told me a year ago that I would be able to meditate successfully AND enjoy it all at the same time, I would have laughed in your face. Now, I no longer wake up with crippling anxiety, and I'm able to regulate my emotions so much better. I thought medication was the only solution, and I thought I was just broken because the medication I was taking wasn't helping. Then I found Pam, and now I know that I'm not broken at all. If you are feeling completely hopeless about where you're at, please contact Pam. There IS hope and you CAN feel better.

Pam is a very knowledgeable person in her field She was very engaging and generous with sharing her knowledge and experiences. My son went to her for ADHD issues for several sessions. He was always willingly to go. Pam engaged him and made him feel safe and comfortable. I received positive feedback from his teacher that his focusing issues had improved. I would highly recommend Pam.

I was in a car accident in 2004 and suffered a severe brain injury and was hospitalized for a week. I went on to make a full recovery, or so I thought. Even though I was able to complete a master's degree and work, I was always tired, had a hard time focusing and developed major depression after my brain injury. I just finished my 10th session with Pam and I feel like myself again. I have more energy, focus and motivation and my mood has improved dramatically. My family has noticed the positive changes in me as well. The only thing I have changed is the neurofeedback. I can't recommend Brain Training of New England enough. This therapy has given me my life back, and the best part is that I'm feeling better without medications or unwanted side effect.

If you or someone you know has suffered from a mild traumatic brain injury, head injury, whiplash, concussion, PTSD or Post concussion syndrome Nuerofeedback can be a very effective tool in healing the brain. If you are looking for answers to help this is a fantastic piece of the puzzle. I started treatment with New England Brain Training about 6 months ago and I have seen incredible changes in my ability to focus, function, memory, and processing! Nuerofeedback works and will always be an integral part of my healthcare team!

As a journalist, I was fascinated with the experience with brain training. I went in with an open mind after reading the NYT book on Neurofeedback "Symphony in the Brain", and was also aware of the work done with the brains of professional football players suffering from concussions and TBI. Pam explained how it all works as I sat in the treatment chair and she wired me up like medusa, and I will note she has a real gift for explication of how all the wires she places on your head are working toward healing. She showed me my brain waves in real time on a TV screen in front of me, pointed to areas that could use a little jump start, and when I asked when the treatment would start, she said: I already did it. As I understood the process, the computer compares my brain waves in various parts of the brain to the data from thousands of other brains, and then gooses the brain waves in the areas of the brain where the waves are a little sluggish. Unlike with medications, the newly goosed brain waves seems to like staying at the new higher level. The results were so remarkable, and again, Pam so intuitive and yet geeky in a good scientific way, that I went back a dozen times, as the new mental clarity and peace was remarkable. I have sent friends with a wide range of symptoms to Pam, and most report the first thing to go away is their general anxiety, followed by an amelioration of their particular symptoms.

Sadly my experience was not as positive as I hoped. Went to brain training for PTSD issues and it actually resulted in massive headaches, interrupted sleep, and my attention issues became much worse. She was so focused on my adhd which was not at all what I went for. She would not tell me what anything meant, constantly talking about quite disturbing subjects and making me nervous she would share my personal information. I would not recommend her for victims of assault.
