Everyone here is so friendly an awesome! I am so admiring of these people that they're on the front line when a lot of people are doing conference calls which still matters but being there taking a risk those are the heroes. Thanks everybody you guys are cool and awesomer

After many years and appointments via the Brainerd VA I rate them as 5 Star. I have never waited more then 15 minutes past my appointment time but usually they call me early. I have had excellent care throughout the system. THANK YOU Dr's and Staff.
Closer to home for travel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Wait time about average..
I went through the va in brainerd to start allergy shots through essentia health on sixth st brainerd and have been going every week for months Then I got my 1st bill form essentia health for 26 a week later 3360 called around talked to the va in St. Cloud they sent multiple requests to brainerd to have the va autho extended finally got to talk to Jess over at va in brainerd whom said I’d have to have another consult with the allergy specialist to start over because it’s been so long even though I was already going to the specialist to receive care which takes 5 years to complete so I’m sure I’ll get screwed not only out of the 3360 but also my travel, not to mention i won’t continue to receive care though the allergy specialist because I’m not going to fight the va to pay for it.
The girls at the front desk are great I had asked to be switched from Plestat to Arnstad and I wish I hadn't. I need Jean Plestat back. She knew my Hx and the importance of my osteoporosis infusion. She knew my back surgeon at the U of M said I needed more than a calcium supplement. Arstad doesn't. When I tried to express my concerns to the nurse who called me she was less than understanding and hung up on me. Give me back Jean Plestat now please!
