100% UNPROFESSIONAL I placed an online Curbside Pickup Order. I waited outside for Half an hour. Somebody named “PATRICK” supposed to come outside and give me my order who never came. After waiting 45 outside I had to go inside to check what’s going on!!! They literally ignored me while I was explaining them the situation. During this pandemic situation I was not comfortable going in the store that was the only reason I placed curbside pickup order. If you guys don’t want to provide a service to your customers then why do you advertise online that you do provide So called curbside pickup service????? NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. When I asked to talk to the manager, I was refused by the staff. Improve your customer service, professionalism and start respecting your customers.

I went on a Sunday and there was no wait time and many staff members that were available to assist. The overall process of updating to a new phone was quick and easy and I was able to trade in my old phone. I have T-mobile as a carrier and getting the Iphone from Apple, I saved what would have been 20 for "Assisted Service" when updating your phone. Also, using the Apple Card has great benefits as well.

Staff are extremely unprofessional they carry on personal conversations all throughout the store LOUDLY, it’s like there’s no manager. Everyone is just hanging out. It’s so off putting coming here. Never again. The exact person who helped me his name was NILSON. he was rude, asked me to sign without telling me what had been done and when we finished the entire transaction, he just walked away from the desk. He didn’t tell me that we were done or anything like that. The customer service here is abhorrent. I’m so disgusted with the store

The" security" needs to RELAX just a tad. Signs are clearly marked as to where to stand for what services you need. But some of the cracker jack security people still feel the need to stop you and interrogate you in what you are doing. Guys, chill. You're mall security guards, not Federal Marshals.

I was a huge fan of Apple until today. Rude manager with racial discrimination issue - at least I feel insulted by the “service” I got. Unprofessional and arrogant team member who is unhelpful at all, my problem was unsolved and felt like crying when I left. I’ve seen much better Apple store customer service, leading with responsible manager, that where customer loyalty comes from. Please Apple head office, read all those reviews about this store and do something about the management here. I am not alone feeling that we customer deserve better service and more respect from this store inside south shore Braintree.

Terrible service! Walked over to Apple at 7pm (1hr before closing) to purchase a laptop. I was told that there was no available salesmen and gladly stated I would wait. Numerous other customers without appointments were able to enter. When I asked why I could not buy it when others were able to make a purchase, I was told it was a “simple” transaction and they had no time for me. WOWW! Such a disappointing experience.

Went to get my phone fixed at the apple store located in the plaza, dropped it off with a working display but cracked. Was told to come back in a hour and the phone would be fixed. I returned a hour later to find out that they couldn’t fix the phone which would normally be fine I understand things happen. But they returned my phone with these too VERY adhesive pieces of plastic on the front and back of the phone. Was told once I remove them it’s most likely going to rip off the glass on the front and back. And there’s nothing they could do. I talked to a manager Nick who was extremely unprofessional about the whole situation and had no remorse for literally breaking my phone WAY worse then when it was dropped off. Completely besides my self with this situation as I have gotten most of my repairs and services done here. definitely would NOT recommend ANY Phone repairs done here as they can literally break your phone and not be held liable.

It is very clean and they have wrapped the common areas with plastic wrap to prevent people from congregating. Cleaning crews were constantly on the move sanitizing door handles and bathrooms. Really had a safe feeling experience there.
