Very fast service, lots of seating available. Very good quality food and drinks. Great place to stop while doing your shopping. The door on the way out is a little stiff but you should be strong enough to open it after have a double whopper with an Oreo milkshake, unless you got take away then it's really hard to open, especially when carrying stuff. Anyway enough about the door, its a restaurant that sells great and tasty food

Gourmet dining with our front of house who should be working in the Dorchester if he passes the BK academy. The toilets were endowed with fine fragrances from around the world. Whilst waiting I was advised the burgers were cooking by our excellent front of house. Strange when they arrived they weren't hot and difficult to tell which breed of horse they were.
Prefer BK to McD's frankly but its no longer in Braintree Village. Likely another fast food outlet slowly passing over.
Incredibly busy burger restaurant: very slow service, chaotic queueing, such a long wait for food. Ordered veggie burger, was eventually presented with a much smaller veggie 'sandwich' - like a finger roll with two tiny vegetable patties. The patties were extremely dry, with the taste and texture of.......sawdust! Burger King used to do a fantastic vegetable burger a few years ago, but unfortunately after re-introducing it they have the wrong recipe; won't try that again. My husband had a Whopper meal and thoroughly enjoyed it.
It's a burger king so it's never going to be a fantastic dining experience, however I was pleasantly surprised when I visited the one at freeport as the food was lovely. The tables could do with a bit of a wipe down though
I enjoy the occasional burger and prefer the Burger King offerings over other popular outlets. The reason for the three stars was not actually because of the quality of the food but more around the chaos that goes on in the Braintree Village establishment. It can get very very busy, there isn't unfortunately, clearly posted 'queue here' areas which often results in a bit of tutting when someone that has just joined the queue goes straight to the til nearest them while other people are waiting down at the other end of the long line of people. I think a simple 'wait to be called from here' sign would assist. Maybe a barrier stopping people from just jumping the queue. It's genuinely not the staff's fault and they shouldn't have to address any conflict or argument that could potentially occur because of the lack of a clearly defined queueing system.
Personally I like Burger King. I'm happy with what food they make, I'm happy with their staff. I gave Burger King 4 stars as I don't see anything to do with the company ad wise which sort of makes you forget about the place. Other than the ads, brilliant place and definitely would recommend for anyone who wants a quick bite.
I give this buyer king 5 stars as it was extremely busy when I went there and despite that, the service was wonderful and speedy. The staff were very hands on and polite. The cleaner was also working very hard. A good team here.
